摘    要:苹帅是由向阳红X胜利杂交选育的中晚熟苹果新品种。其果形端正,大小整齐,平均单果重203.2g,果形指数0.84;果实浓红,蜡质明显;果肉黄白色或浅黄色,质细,硬脆,果汁多,香气浓,甜酸适口;采后硬度为8.7kg/cm^2,可溶性固形物含量为14.6%,品质上等;果实易着色,适宜无袋栽培;树体和果实抗轮纹病,耐瘠薄,适应性强。在昌黎地区9月下旬成熟。

Abstract:Pingshuai is a new middle-late ripening apple cuhivar derived from a cross Xiangyanghong x Shengli. The fruit is round and regular, the average fruit weight is 203.2 g, and the shape index is 0.84. It has a beautiful appearance with a deep red color. The skin is smooth, waxy and moderately thick. The flesh is yellow-white or light yellow, and characterized by crispness and juiciness with the firmness of 8.7 kg/cm^2 and the soluble solids content of 14. 6%. The fruit is easy to be colored and suitable for cultivating without bagging. It is resistant to apple ring rot with strong adaptability. It matures at the last ten days of September in Changli
