| 摘 要： | 通过对凯氏定氮法测定食品中蛋白质含量的测量不确定度分析,对其标定结果的质量进行了定量表征。结果表明,该食品中蛋白质的含量为25.88%±0.15%(k=2),测量结果重复性的不确定度对总体不确定度作用最大。

| Abstract: | The quality of result of measurement is characterized quantitatively through the analysis of the uncertainty for determination of protein content in the food by Kieldahl method. The result shows the concentration of the protein content in the food is 25.88%±0.15%(k=2),and the uncertainty of repeatability of results of measurements contributes mostly to total comparing with other. |
