| 摘 要： | 谷蠹(Rhyzopertha dominica)成虫和杂拟谷盗(Tribolium con fusum)卵、幼虫、蛹及成虫对35%CO_2、11%O_2,35%CO_2、21%O_2,75%CO_2、11%O_2及75%CO_2、21%O_2 4种气调环境都很敏感,但35%CO_2对杂拟谷盗成虫致死率不高。杂拟谷盗卵、幼虫、蛹及成虫对高CO_2(75%)气调环境的敏感顺序为:卵>幼虫>蛹>成虫。

| Abstract: | Adults of Rhyzopertha dominica and eggs,larvae,pupae and adults of Triboliumconfusum were exposed to four kinds of modified atmospheres(MA)containing 35% CO_2and 11%O_2,35% CO_2 and 21%O_2,75% CO_2 and 11% O_2,and 75% CO_2 and 21% O_2,respectively,with a balance of nitrogen(N_2)for 12 to 120 hours.Adults of R.dominica andeggs of T.confusum proved to be susceptible to all the four MA treatments.The mortalityof the adults of T.confusum at 35% CO_2,however,was low.Susceptibity of T.confusum atvarious developmental stages appeared in the order of eggs larvae pupae adults. |
