摘    要:5-氯基-4-咪唑-N-琥珀酸羧基酰胺核糖核苷酸(SAICAR)是从头嘌呤合成中的双功能酶腺苷酸琥珀酸裂解酶(EC 4、3、2、2)的底物之一,被成功地用腺苷酸琥珀酸裂解酶合成.从72.00×10~(-?)mmol的5-氨基-4-咪唑羧基酰胺核糖核苷酸(AICAR)得到43.78×10~(-3)mmol的SAICAR,产率约为AICAR的60.8%.

Abstract:SAICAR,a substrate of adenylosuccinate lyase,which is a bifunctional enzyme in denovo purine synthesis pathway,was successfully synthesized with adenylosuccinate lyasefrom yeast.The synthetic SAICAR was purified on an ionexchange chromatographic col-umn before undergoing a further purification treatment.The processes of systhesis and iso-lation were monitored by HPLC sampling.Its yield was approximately 43.78 micromoles,representing a yield of 60.8% based on SAICAR.
