| 摘 要： | 本实验对锦熟黄杨（ＢｕｘｕｓＳｅｍｐｅｒｖｉｒｅｎｓ）的扦插繁殖方法进行了系统的研究，通过环境条件等因子与成活率关系的方差分析表明：春季硬枝扦插，插穗年龄及顶芽的去留与成活率关系不密切，插条贮存与否也不影响成活，而扦插地的小环境条件、生根激素的种类与浓度对成活率的影响差异显著，以１００—１５０μｇ／ｇ的吲哚丁酸催根处理，在温度≤２８℃，相对湿度≥８０％的塑料棚内扦插效果最佳，成活率可达８７％以上。而夏季半熟枝扦插，扦插时间、激素浓度同成活率密切相关，在塑料棚内７月末扦插，８０μｇ／ｇ吲哚丁酸处理，成活率达６３％。夏季硬枝扦插成活率可达９４％。

| Abstract: | A spstematic study on the propagation by cutting for Buxus sempervirens was made,in which the interrelation between the survival rate and some factors was analysed by means of variance analysis. The result showed that cutting wood ape, removal of top buds and cutting storage didn't affect the survival of mature wood cutting; while the microclimat of cutting plot, and the kind and dosage of root-promoting hormone were important factors influencing the survival rate. |
