甘薯茎尖试管培养研究(一)

摘    要:甘薯是我国一重要作物.由病毒引起的退化,严重影响产量的提高.目前,茎尖培养已成为获得脱毒植株的重要方法、甘薯脱毒苗比病毒苗增产29%。每年繁殖速度约5~3.基本培养基为BA改良培养基(见表9),加NAA 0.2ppm,6BA 0.5ppm.光照强度为2000-3000lux,每日见光16小时,温度为25-28℃.

Abstract:Sweet potato is an important crop in China. The degeneration of sweet potato due to the infection of virus retards greatly the increase of producti- vity. At present, tissue culture is one of the main methods to obtain virus- free sweet potato plant let .The production of virus-free sweet potato inc- rease 29% over the infected plant .The rate of multiplication per year is about 5~8.The basic medium was modified medium BA (table 9), plus NAA 0.2 ppm, 6 BA 0.5ppm. Light intensity is 2000-3000 lux, 16 hr per day. Temperature is 25-28℃.
