| 摘 要： | 作者在研究观叶植物的利用及发展的同时,对国内外观叶植物的种类进行了考察,结果表明;园艺化的属约有150个以上,通用的种在250个左右,绝大多数集中在60个科内。中国野生观叶植物资源有2550种左右,多数尚待园艺化。

| Abstract: | The author has made an extensive survey of the species and varieties of the foliage plants in the world: there are about 150 genus foliage plants currently used in horticulture,and about 250 species mostly belonging to 60 families which are in common use. China is rich in foliage plant resources with about 2550 species, however, most of them are still being exploited for horticulture. |
