摘    要:为了改进图解积分法要反复查列线图的繁琐过程及克服该法不能编程计算的困难,提出了计算喷雾干燥塔直径和高度的一种新方法——解析法。采用解析法导出了过渡区(喷雾干燥大部分情况均落在此区间)计算雾滴水平飞翔距离和时间、雾滴减速运动垂直下降距离和时间的解析式,还导出了层流区、湍流区计算雾滴运动距离的解析式。利用这些解析式结合已报道的层流区及湍流区计算雾滴运动时间的有关解析式即可用解析法求出喷雾干燥塔的直径和高度。算例表明,解析法比图解积分法简便、准确,解析法手算或计算机编程计算均很方便、计算精度可以满足工程设计要求。

Abstract:A new analytical method, was presented to calculate the diameter and height of spray dryer in order to improve the tedious process of diagram integral method which must read the nomogram repeatedly and overcome the difficulty of diagram integral method which could not be programmed to calculate. The analytical equations of horizontal flying distance and time and the decelerating vertical falling distance and time of the fog droplet were derived by analytical method in the transition region(most of the fog droplet movement in the spray dryers was in this region). The analytical equations for calculating the fog droplet movement distance in the laminar region and the turbulent region were also derived by analytical method. The diameter and height of spray dryer could be calculated by combining these analytical equations with the analytical equations from references for calculating the fog droplet movement time in the laminar region and the turbulent region. The calculation example indicated that the analytical method was more precise and convenient than the diagram integral method, and very convenient to apply to artificiality or computer calculation, and its calculation precision could meet the requirement of engineering design.
