蚕蛹蛋白提取研究

摘    要:以蚕蛹为原料,石油醚为溶剂进行脱脂,采用碱法提取蚕蛹蛋白,并对脱脂条件进行了研究。结果表明,以石油醚为脱脂溶剂,其脱脂条件为固液比1:4,温度50℃,时间4 h。重复4次,脱脂率达到96%以上。再以双氧水进行脱色、除臭,可以得到黄色无臭味蚕蛹蛋白粉,其蛋白含量为83.5%,蛋白质回收率为32.59%。

Abstract:Using petroleum ether to defat silkworm chrysalis and alkaline to extract protein from silkworm chrysalis,and the condition of extraction is discussed.The results indicate that the conditions of defat silkworm chrysalis by petroleum ether are that ratio of substrate and water is 1:4,temperature is 50℃,time is 4 h.After repeat 4 times,ratio of defat silkworm chrysalis can achieve upwards 96%.Then,the scentless yellow protein can get by decolorization and deodorization with H_2O_2. The content of protein is 83.5%,the ratio reclaim of protein is 32.59%.
