摘    要:利用响应面法对提取花生红衣多酚的工艺条件进行优化,在单因素试验的基础上,根据中心组合设计原理,采用4因素3水平的响应面分析法,依据回归分析确定最优提取工艺条件。结果表明,其最佳工艺条件为:超声时间25min,超声功率492W,料液比90.5:1,乙醇体积分数55.8%。采用该工艺条件,花生红衣多酚的提取率为7.88%。通过响应面法得到一个能较好预测试验结果的模型方程。

Abstract:To optimize the methodology peanut-skin polyphenol from peanut-skin,the response surface methodology with four factors at three levels is adopted,and the factors influencing the process parameters are determined by regression analysis.The results show that the optimum conditions for the ultrasonic extraction are as follows:working time 25 min,ultrasonic power 492 W,ratio of solvent to material 90.5:1,the Ethanol concentration 55.8%,and the extraction yield of peanut-skin polyphenol from peanut-skin 7.88%.
