国外生物质能转化技术研究概况

摘    要:本文论述了国外生物质能转化技术研究现状及取得的进展。介绍了生物质气化、热解及液化技术的工艺,以及反应图、转化工艺参数控制及其对产品的影响,生物质热转化工艺的产品及其利用等内容。本文还就我国开展生物质能转化,利用及推广等工作提出了建议;并认为,这一研究将为缓解我国能源供应紧张,改善环境,促进我国林业、木材工业及木材化学工业的发展作出一定贡献。

Abstract:This paper has summed up present situation and development inbioenergy research abroad.Processes of biomass gasification,pyrolysis and lique-faction,reactors,influence of parameter control on the mass and quality of prod-ucts as well as the utilization of biomass thermoconversion products have been dis-cussed.Therr are abundant biomass resources in China,but the utilization ofthem is backward.Up to now,burning agricultural residues directly is sill the on-ly way of obtaining energy by people living in some countryside and remoteareas.In China great volume of slashes in felling areas and residues from wood in-dustry have not found a suitable way of utilization.In view of existing situation,the author has made the following recommendations:(1) setting up small-scalebiomass gasification plant,using agricultural residues as feedstock for energy utili-zation modernization in countryside areas.(2) developing large-scalethermoconversion unit for treating the municipal wastcs and the residues from forestand wood industry.(3) research on mechanism of biomass theromconversion incarrying out providing theoretical data for secondary conversion and utilization ofbiomass resources.As there are abundant cheap biomass resources in China,andthe labour cost is less expensive,it is possible that the prices of the products ofbiomass thermoconversion are lower than those of petroleum products.Thebiomass thermoconversion technologies can obtain the market of energy in China.
