东北春麦区小麦白粉病菌生理小种鉴定及毒性基因分析

摘    要:对1999~2002年小麦白粉病菌的生理小种类型、毒性基因频率进行了研究。结果表明,白粉病菌小种种群结构复杂,1999~2002年共鉴定出33个生理小种,优势小种均为15号生理小种,出现频率分别为40.48%、22.22%、29.03%、30.30%,其次为11号和5号小种。毒性基因V3e、V3f、V5、V8的毒力频率较高,在50%以上,而V2、v4a、V4b、V12、V16、V19的毒力频率较低,低于20%。供试的小麦白粉病菌菌株含3~7个毒性基因的较多,其中含4个毒性基因组合的比例最高。为25.84%。

Abstract:The race types and virulent gene analysis of Blumeria graminis were studied; 33 races were known and the most common race was race 15 and its occurrence frequencies were 40.48%, 22.22%, 29.03% and 30.30% during the period of 1999 to 2002, respectively. Following race 15 were races 11 and 5. It was proved that the virulent frequencies of V3c,V3f,V5 ,V8 was higher, more than 50%, that of V2,V4a,V4b,V12,V16 and V19 was lower, less than 20% ,by analysis of virulence gene. Most isolates contained 3 - 7 virulent genes, and combination frequency of 4 virulent genes are 25.84%.
