| 摘 要： | 采用加温及激素处理、接穗贮藏等措施，研究了冬季室内嫁接育苗、春季芽接育苗及秋季绿枝嫁接育苗的技术方法．结果表明嫁接成活率分别是对照的１．１７倍、０．９３倍和１．２２倍，成苗率分别提高２５．５％、２３．９％和１４．８％，育苗周期缩短一年，产苗量增加一倍，平均育苗效率为对照的６．４倍．

| Abstract: | By means of heating,treatment with hormones and storing the scions, thepropagation techniques of rugose-rose by indoor grafting in winter, budding in spring andgrafting green shoots in autumn were studied respectively, The study shows that the rates ofgrafting survival are 1.17,0.9 and 1. 22 times that of the control for the treatments of threeseasons ,respectively;and the rates of scions which developed into plants are 25.5%,23.9%and 14.8%higher than that of the control,respectively. The length of the propagation periodwas shortened by one year ,the amount of seedling output doubled ,and the average efficiencyof seedling propagation is 6.4 times that of the control. |
