| 摘 要： | 农业机械中所用风机因作业的不同,对其性能要求也不相同。因其参数覆盖面广,这就给风机性能的自动测试带来了较大困难。为了实现对农用风机性能的自动检测,比较分析了各种测量仪器及传感元件,设计了农用风机性能试验的硬件系统。在Windows环境下,采用VC 和Matlab开发了相关软件,从而实现了试验数据的自动采集与处理、性能曲线的自动绘制及风机转速与运行工况的自动控制。

| Abstract: | In order to Automatic Testing of the Agricultural Fan Performance, various sensor components and measure instruments are analyzed and compared. In studying the analytical foundation, the hardware of data acquisition system was designed. Based on the Windows environment and implemented with tool VC and Matlab, the automatic test and analysis system for sampling data, controlling fan speed and work stage, scaling performance curve automatically is introduced. |
