摘    要:在5℃低温条件下,对来源于籼粳交组合“热研2号/密阳23”RILs群体的111个家系进行了芽期耐冷性鉴定。结果表明,芽期耐冷性在RILs群体中成连续分布,表现为由多基因控制的数量性状。将成苗率作为数量性状进行QTL的区间作图分析,共检测到与芽期耐冷性有关的QTL2个,分别位于第7和第8染色体上,对表型变异的贡献率分别为10.60%和15.79%,且这两个QTL增强芽期耐冷性的等位基因均来自粳型亲本热研2号。

Abstract:The cold tolerance at early seedling stage(CTS) of a set of 111 recombinant inbred lines(RIL) population derived from Nikken 2 and Miyang 23 was evaluated at 5℃.A continuous distribution was observed in RILs population.The result indicated that the CTS in rice had quantitative trait which was controlled by polygenes.On the basis of QTL interval analysis of quantitative character,two QTLs on chromosome 7 and 8 which were associated with CTS were detected,respectively.The percentage of the observed phenotypic variance was 10.60% and 15.79%,respectively.And the positive cold tolerance effects of the two QTLs both came from Nikken 2.
