| 摘 要： | 用苯酚-硫酸法测定了桂西北地区几种人工栽培灵芝和野生灵芝的多糖含量。结果表明:人工栽培赤芝的多糖含量均比野生赤芝的多糖含量高;人工栽培赤芝的多糖含量也比部分野生黑芝的多糖含量高。分析了不同样品灵芝多糖含量差异的原因,并探讨保护野生药用植物资源,用人工栽培灵芝替代野生灵芝的可行性。

| Abstract: | The polysaccharide contents of some wild and artificial cultivation Ganoderma lucidum collected from northwest of Guangxi province were dete rmined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.The results showed that the polysaccharide contents of artificial cultivation G.lucidum were higher than that of the wild species and some G.atrum.The causes which made difference of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide content in the samples were analyzed.The protection of wild medicinal plant resources and the feasibility of substitu... |
