| 摘 要： | 江苏省在中国全面建设小康社会进程中,负有两个“率先”的光荣任务,其难点之一是如何面对占全省人口比例最高,对全面实现小康社会最关键的农村、农业和农民的问题。根据工业与农业、城市与农村、经济建设与环境保护等协调发展的科学发展观,解决“三农”问题的关键在于从农业自身的结构调整来实现农民的增收。因此,把蔬菜产业培育成为江苏省农业的主导产业,把出口蔬菜培育成为江苏省创汇农业的支柱产品,就成为发展江苏外向型农业的新思路。

| Abstract: | In the process of building well-off society in Jiangsu province, one o f the difficulties is how to deal with the problems of country, agriculture and peasants. According to the scientific attitude to balance the development of agr iculture and industry, city and country and economic development and environment protection, the key to solve the forementioned problem is to adjust the structu re of agriculture to improve the peasants' income. Therefore, making vegetables exports of Jiangsu to be the supporting industry has become the new thought to develop the agriculture of our province. |
