| 摘 要： | 试验研究了哈茨木霉对番茄灰霉病、叶霉病、枯萎病及褐斑病的抑制作用。结果表明,哈茨木霉与各病原真菌对峙培养以及在培养基中加入孢子悬浮液、代谢液,多数情况下,哈茨木霉对供试的番茄病原真菌具有较好的抑制效果。显微镜下观察发现,哈茨木霉菌丝缠绕在灰霉病菌的菌丝上,与枯萎和叶霉病菌的菌丝平行生长、产生附着枝结构附着于病原真菌菌丝上,穿透褐斑病菌菌丝使其菌丝发生断裂。上述结果说明,哈茨木霉对供试各病原真菌的抑制作用主要是营养竞争和空间竞争以及重寄生作用。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the inhibition activities of Trichoderma harzianum was studied against four tomato pathogens, Botrytis cinerea, Fulvia fulva (Cooke) Cifferri, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici, Helminthosporium carposaprum. The results showed that in dual-culture test and cup-plate test, in most cases, Trichoderma harzianum made contact with the pathogens inoculation subsequently the pathogenic colonies were rather overgrown or invaded by Trichoderma harzianum.
