| Abstract: | Explants from the petals Just appearing at the beglnning of chrysam-themum were easy to cultivate and to get success.The optimum midiumwas the MS basal medium containing 6-BA 3 mg/l+NAA 0.2 mg/l.Withinhalf a month after the rooting of seedings developped from the petals cu-ltured in Vitro is the most suitable time for transplanting. |
