| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、测试法、数理统计法和比较分析法,对河北农业大学2006级选修艺术体操专项课的471名女大学生的身体素质状况进行追踪测试调查,对50米跑、800米跑和仰卧起坐3个项目的2006年与2007年的测试成绩进行比较分析,对女大学生的身体素质现状和存在的问题,进行客观评价与分析,并提出针对性建议。为解决增强女大学生的体质,培养女大学生的体育兴趣,激发参加体育运动的热情,形成终身体育观等问题提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | By using documentation,testing,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this research follows up physical quality of 471 female students who take artistic gymnastics as selective course from Agricultural University of Hebei,in 2006,and compares and analyzes the result of 50-meter,800-meter and sit-ups test in 2006 and 2007,evaluates and analyzes status quo and existing problems of their physical quality,and puts forward specific proposals,provides reference to solve the problems,such as enhancing female students' constitution,cultivating their interest,stimulating enthusiasm to participate in sports,and to form a lifelong sports concept and so on. |
