摘    要:目的]研究镉(Cd)胁迫土壤中施用不同剂量的腐植酸钠对小白菜的生物效应,探明腐植酸钠在抗Cd胁迫方面的生理作用。方法]采用人工模拟方法制备Cd污染土壤,研究Cd胁迫土壤中施用腐植酸钠对小白菜生长发育及Cd元素吸收和累积的影响。结果]不同程度Cd污染土壤中施用适量腐植酸钠可明显促进根系伸长生长,增加根系鲜重,增强根系吸水能力;同时增加地上部茎叶鲜重和干物质的积累,最佳施肥量为1.00~2.00g/kg。腐植酸钠可以明显降低污染土壤中Cd元素的生物有效性,减少Cd向地上部转移。结论]腐植酸钠肥料在抗土壤重金属Cd胁迫蔬菜栽培方面具有较好的增产和抗逆效应,是一种较理想的生态肥料和土壤改良剂。

Biological Effect of Sodium Humate on the Chinese Cabbage Growth under Cadmium Stress

Abstract:Objective] The physiological role of the sodium humate resisting the Cd stress was explored through the research on the biological effect of different doses of sodium humate on Chinese cabbage growth under the condition of cadmium(Cd) stress in soil.Method] The application of the sodium humate affecting the growth/development and the absorption/accumulation of the Cd of Chinese cabbage,which grew under the condition of Cd stress based on the artificial simulation stress condition.Results] The application of sodium humate in the different levels of Cd contaminated soil would obviously promote the elongation of root,increase the fresh weight and the capacity of water-uptaking of root of Chinese cabbage; meanwhile,the fresh weight and shoot dry matter accumulation of stem and leaf were increased.The optimum amount of it was 1.00-2.00 g/kg.The sodium humate can significantly reduce the bioavailability of heavy metals in contaminated soil and the transportation of the heavy metal-Cd to shoot.Conclusion] The fertilizer of sodium humate had a better yield and resistance effect on yield-increasing and heavy metal-resisting for vegetable and was an ideal eco-fertilizer and soil conditioner.
