| 摘 要： | 在正确理解全面建设小康社会内涵的基础上,参考国内专家关于全面建设小康社会评价指标体系的研究成果,提出重庆三峡库区全面建设小康社会应涵盖经济水平、生活质量、人口素质、生存环境4个方面的全面发展。结合重庆三峡库区经济社会发展特征,建构了重庆三峡库区全面建设小康社会的评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法(AHP)对重庆三峡库区全面建设小康社会的实现程度作了分析评价。

| Abstract: | Based on understanding the connotation of completely building the well-off society correctly,referring to the research results of evaluation index system on completely building the well-off society by domestic experts,it was put forward that completely building the well-off society in Chongqing Three Gorges reservoir area should cover with the all-round development of 4 aspects including economic level,life quality,population quality and living environment.Combining the developmental characteristics of economy and society in Chongqing Three Gorges reservoir area,the evaluation index system on completely building the well-off society in Chongqing Three Gorges reservoir area was constructed.And the realization degree of completely building the well-off society in Chongqing Three Gorges reservoir area was analyzed and evaluated by using analytical hierarchy process. |
