外引玉米种质对3种玉米叶斑病的抗性鉴定与评价

摘    要:2012-2013年,应用田间人工接种的方法对引进的165份国外玉米种质进行了玉米大斑病、灰斑病、弯孢菌叶斑病等3种病害同步抗性鉴定与评价,结果表明:引进的国外玉米种质对3种玉米叶斑病的抗性表现均存在差异,表现抗病的种质较少,大部分种质表现感病或高度感病;抗性种质均以中抗为主,表明国外玉米种质对3种叶斑病的抗病能力较低。筛选出一批单抗性种质和兼抗2种或3种叶斑病的多抗性种质37份,为抗病育种提供了重要基础材料。

Abstract:During 2012-2013, a total of 165 maize germplasms introduced from abroad had been identified and evaluated for resistance to northern corn leaf blight, gray leaf spot and Curvularia leaf spot. The results showed that the introduced maize germplasms demonstrated significant difference in resistance to the above 3 kinds of maize leaf spot. Most of the germplasms were susceptible or highly susceptible to the diseases and only a small part of the germplasms were resistant to the diseases. The resistant germplasms were mostly middle resistant to the diseases. So generally speaking, the resistance of these introduced germplasms is relatively low. Totally, 37 germplasms were identified to be resistant to 2 or 3 kinds of the maize leaf spot diseases, which can be utilized for future disease resistant breeding.
