| 摘 要： | 影响数控铣床加工效率的因素很多,也很复杂。在数控的教学实践和对企业的调查中发现:可以从加工路线、刀具、安装夹紧、切削用量、刀具预调或自动测量、正确的维护保养、加强培训等几个方面着手,缩短换刀时间,实现快速加工,从而达到提高数控铣床加工效率的目的。

| Abstract: | It＇s multiple and complicated to ameliorate the processing efficiency of CNC.And this paper will show the non-cutting time can be shorten and the speed can be improved by optimization of processing route,tools installation and preset,design of cutting parameters,automatic measurement and active maintenance and strengthening of training etc.,which were obtained from enough site survey and engineering theory parctice. |
