| 摘 要： | 通过对武汉纺织大学图书馆文献传递服务模式、申请流程以及传递数量的分析，指出当前文献传递服务中存在复制申请或重复申请、提交的信息不全或不正确、传递时间过长、费用无法满足等问题，提出加强数据库建设，完善文献保障体系；提高文献传递员的信息素养和业务水平；加大文献传递服务的补贴力度；建立文献传递资源共享平台，可以提高文献传递服务的质量和效率。

| Abstract: | This paper points out some problems in document delivery service such as repeat applications, incomplete or incorrect information, too long time for delivery and high cost after analyzing the current situation of document delivery service of Wuhan Textile University. A better document service with higher quality and efficiency could be achieved by strengthening the construction of database, improving the document providing system, enhancing the professional quality of librarian who are dedicated in document delivery service, increasing the allowance level of document delivery service, and establishing the document delivery service sharing platform. |
