广州市北郊蔬菜基地土壤四环素类抗生素的残留及风险评估

摘    要:为了解蔬菜基地土壤中四环素类抗生素的残留及风险状况,采集了广州市北郊20个蔬菜基地30个土壤样品,利用固相萃取(SPE)-高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)分析方法,检测土壤中四环素类抗生素(四环素、土霉素和金霉素)的残留状况,并引入层次分析法、风险商值法和指示克里金法,分析研究区域土壤抗生素的主要来源、生态风险以及空间分布。结果表明,广州市北郊蔬菜基地土壤四环素(Tetracycline,TC)、土霉素(Oxytetracycline,OTC)和金霉素(Chlorotetracycline,CTC)的含量范围分别为ND~30.37μg·kg~(-1)、ND~903.13μg·kg~(-1)和ND~103.02μg·kg~(-1),其平均值分别为5.64、38.39μg·kg~(-1)和8.92μg·kg~(-1),3种TCs在土壤中的平均含量高低顺序为:OTCCTCTC。粪肥是土壤3种TCs的主要来源,其贡献率大于50%;其次是商业性有机肥,其权重系数为24%左右。广州市北郊蔬菜基地土壤中3种TCs的生态风险整体较低,但西部部分区域处于中、高风险等级,首要防控污染物为OTC,其次是CTC。

Abstract:From 20 different vegetable-growing farms in suburban areas of northern Guangzhou city, 30 soil samples were collected.They were analyzed for the contents of three different tetracycline-based antibiotics:tetracycline(TC), oxytetracycline(OTC), and chlorotetra-cycline(CTC), using a solid phase extraction(SPE)method and high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS). The results showed that the concentrations ranged between ND~30.37(mean:5.64), ND~903.13(mean:38.39), and ND~103.02(mean:8.92)μg·kg-1 for TC, OTC, and CTC, respectively. Source analysis using an analytic hierarchy procedure indicated that ma-nure used for growing vegetables was the principle source, accounting for more than 50%of the three antibiotics, whereas commercial organ-ic fertilizers were the secondary source, accounting for 24%. Risk assessment using a combined approach of risk quotients and Kriging showed that the three antibiotics have low risks, with a few hotspots located in the western part of the studied area, where OTC possessed the highest risk, followed by CTC.
