| 摘 要： | 松毛虫 ( Dendrolimus spp.)是我国第一大森林害虫 ,其中马尾松毛虫 ( D.punctatus( Walker) )占很大比例。由于苏云金芽孢杆菌 ( Bacillus thuringiensis Berliner,简称 B.t)杀虫剂对松毛虫的危害具有良好的防治效果 ,因此在松毛虫灾害的治理中 B.t杀虫剂倍受重视 ,并广为推广应用1] 。但在利用 B.t杀虫剂防治越冬代的松毛虫时 ,发现其防治效果不佳 ,可能是当时气温较低所致。本研究就是针对不同温度下 B.t杀虫剂对松毛虫的防治效果进行的 ,旨在为利用 B.t杀虫剂防治越冬代松毛虫提供理论依据。1 材料与方法1.1 试虫1999年 4月从安…
