| 摘 要： | 生态文明家园建设是我国现代化进程中的一项重大战略任务。按照中央的总体要求和战略部署，扎实推进生态文明家园建设是一个需要各级党委政府认真研究解决的重大课题。毕节地区人大工委、毕节地区新农村办公室、大方县新农村办公室组成调研组对生态文明家园建设试点进行了调查研究．试从黄泥塘镇社区黄泥组生态文明家园建设的现状、存在的困难问题以及对策措施等方面展开一些思考和探索．通过座谈讨论、个别访谈、实地踏看、搜集资料等调查方法，掌握了村情民情，以求探寻一条推进欠发达地区生态文明家园建设的有效途径。
