蜜蜂蜂体营养成分的分析与评价

摘    要:通过对蜜蜂蜂体营养成分的测定。证实蜂体中含有丰富的人体必需微量元素。它不但是一种高蛋白食物,而且是一种营养价值颇高的优质蛋白食物,所含必需氨基酸构成与人体必需氨基酸组成非常接近。蜂体的不饱和脂肪酸(USFA)占脂肪酸总量的84.3%,人体必需脂肪酸亚油酸和亚麻酸占总量的23.1%,它还含有1.1mg/g蜜蜂产品中特有的不饱和脂肪酸—王浆酸。因此,蜜蜂蜂体是具有广阔开发利用前景的生物资源

Abstract:Through analyzing nutrient component of honeybee body,it can be verified that the rich trace element of human body needed is contained in honeybee body.It is not only a kind of high protein food but a perfect protein food of high nutritive value.The composition of needed amino acid in honeybee and human body quite approach.Unsaturated fatty acid(USFA) of honeybee body account for 84.3% of the total amount of fatty acid ,and linoleic acid and linolenic acid also account for 23.1% of the total amount,it contains 1.1mg/g 10-HDA which is a special USFA of the honeybee product.Therefore,honeybee body is a kind of bioresoures which possess the prospects of being expolited utilization.
