摘    要:以5BF-3型辊-带水果分级机为试验设备,以类球形水果柑橘为对象,以提高水果分级精度为目的,应用四因子二次回归通用旋转组合设计方法,对影响水果分级精度的因素进行了试验研究.采用数理统计方法及优化技术,建立数学模型,探讨结构和工作因素对分级精度的影响机理,同时进行综合优化.结果表明,人工拣选阶段输送链速度和分级木棍轴转速对分级精度影响较大,因素优化后分级机的分级精度大于96%.

Abstract:The physical experiment study of affecting factors for fruits grading rate is presented by means of the 5BF-3 fruits grading machine. The mathematical regression equation model was established between affecting mechanism and the grading rate according to test data, and the effects of grading factors and structure factors on the grading rate were discussed. Then, by means of computer optimization technique, the preferable combination of structure and work parameters are gained, at the same time the results are indicated that the speeds of manual grading transportation chain and fruits conveyer belt effect a distinct change at the grading rate, and under the combination results of optimization factors the grading rate is more than 96 percent.
