| 摘 要： | 草地畜牧业的发展影响着西藏经济的发展，草地生态环境的保护影响着国家生态安全屏障的建设，西藏草业科学专业人才缺乏和学科建设不足影响着西藏草地保护与建设。分析了当前西藏草业科学教育现状和存在的问题，并提出争取政府投入，加强教学环节，提高教学质量和调整专业结构等培养西藏高质量专业人才的思路。

| Abstract: | The development of grassland animal husbandry affects the development of economy in Tibet. The ecological environment protection of grassland affects the construction of state ecological safe shelter zone. The shortage of professional talents of pratacuhural science and the inadequacy in the discipline construction affects the protection and construction of grassland in Tibet. The status and problems in the education of prataeultural science in Tibet are analyzed. The thoughts of training the high quality professional talents are put forward including striving for the government investment, strengthening the teaching reform, improving the teaching quality and adjusting the specialty structure. |
