世界林业教育改革发展现状与趋势

摘    要:世界林业教育,特别是发达国家的林业教育历史较为悠久,积累了丰富经验,研究其改革发展现状与趋势对我国林业教育改革发展具有重要借鉴意义。文中分析了世界林业教育改革发展的现状与趋势,提出了对我国林业教育改革的启示与建议。研究发现,世界林业教育改革发展呈现出6大趋势:林业学科交叉融合趋势加强、重视学生综合素质的培养、小班课程及实践教学课程比重上升、在线教育迅速发展、校企合作日益常态化、国际交流与合作深化发展。我国应借鉴国外林业教育改革发展经验,加强新林科建设,完善产、学、研、用的深度融合协同育人机制,加快新林科人才培养模式改革,注重林业职业教育与继续教育,深化林业教育的国际交流合作。

The Status and Trends of World Forestry Education Reform and Development

Abstract:The world forestry education, especially in the developed countries, has a long history, accumulating rich experience. The research on its current situation and trend is of great significance for the reform and development of forestry education in China. This paper analyzes the current status and trend of the reform and development of forestry education in the world, and puts forward the enlightenment and suggestions for the forestry education reform in China. It is found that the reform and development of forestry education in the world presents six major trends: the increased integrated interdisciplinary development of forestry, the emphasis on the students' comprehensive quality cultivation, the increasing proportion of small class and practical courses, the rapid development of online education, the increased normalization of school-enterprise cooperation, and the deepening of international exchanges and cooperation. China should draw lessons from world forestry education reform and development experience to facilitate the development of new forestry disciplines, improve the collaborative education mechanism integrating production, education, research and application, accelerate the talent training mode reform of new forestry disciplines, pay attention to forestry vocational education and continual education, and deepen international exchanges and cooperation in forestry education.
