摘    要:开发了一套基于Android终端交互的果园变量喷药控制系统,采用流行的安卓手机或平板电脑作为人机交互界面,上位机与下位机通过蓝牙模块进行无线通讯,实现了通过手机或平板等智能终端对喷药阀门的控制及相关参数显示;采用mega128微控制器作为系统控制核心,实现喷药参数监测和单位面积施药量的自动变量控制;进行了变量喷药试验,结果表明:系统根据作业速度实时调节阀门开度,可以较高的精度和较快的速度完成对单位面积施药量的精确控制。

Abstract:According to the current status of orchard spraying,a pesticide spraying control system which is based on android terminal interaction and used in orchards was designed.While the upper computer communicates with the lower computer through bluetooth module,an Android mobile phone or an android pad can be used as the interface,which can monitor the spraying parameters,the operator can control the valve by the interface.As the control core of the system,the mega128 microcontroller can automatically control the spraying volume per unit area.Variable spraying experiments were carried out with the system,the results show that the system can accurately control the spraying volume per unit area by adjusting the valve opening in real time with high precision and fast speed.
