移栽机自适应仿形系统研究与试验

摘    要:为提高移栽机的仿形精度,对其自适应仿形系统进行了设计。使用水平倾角传感器和位移传感器分别测定水平姿态和离地间隙,以电动推杆作为执行元件实现自适应仿形。为验证自适应仿形系统作业效果,设计了液压试验台并对液压系统进行了仿真,结果表明:压力补偿系统确保了液压缸的速度稳定可控。对自适应仿形系统进行了试验,结果表明:水平倾角正向最大值和负向最大值分别为1.40°和-0.86°,水平倾角误差绝对平均值为0.54°,垂向位移误差最大值为7.85mm,垂向位移误差绝对平均值为4.91mm,满足自适应仿形系统的使用要求。

Abstract:In order to improve profiling accuracy of planting machinery,the auto-adaptive profiling system is researched.Horizontal angle and ground clearance are measured by horizontal inclination sensor and displacement sensor respectively.Electric pushing rods are used as the actuator of the adaptive profiling system.At the same time,a hydraulic experiment bench was designed to verify the operation effect of the adaptive profiling system and the hydraulic system was simulated.The simulation results show that the pressure compensation system ensures the speed of the hydraulic cylinder is stable and controllable.Then the experiment was conducted.The experiment results show that the maximum positive and negative values of the horizontal inclination are 1.40°and-0.86°respectively.The absolute average value of the horizontal inclination error is 0.54°.The maximum vertical displacement error is 7.85mm and the absolute average value of the vertical displacement error is 4.91 mm.The designed auto-adaptive profiling system satisfies the requirements.
