水肥一体化施肥机吸肥器结构优化及试验

摘    要:为探究水肥一体化施肥机吸肥器结构对吸肥量的影响及吸肥通道吸肥量差值较大的问题,运用SolidwWorks设计并联1条、2条、3条射流泵的吸肥器模型;并利用FloEFD对3种吸肥器的吸肥量进行分析。综合对比数值模拟结果可知:吸肥器的最优结构为并联3条射流泵。此外,通过改变主管道长度和射流泵间距对吸肥器结构进行优化并分析每条射流泵吸肥量,结果表明:吸肥器结构优化后,每条射流泵的吸肥量趋于相同且吸肥量高于优化前。样机试验表明:每条射流泵的吸肥量差值较小,试验得到的吸肥量数据与数值模拟数据的误差在合理范围内;样机长时间运行具有很好的稳定性,可满足实际的农业灌溉施肥要求。

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of fertilizer and fertilizer applicator structure on the amount of fertilizer absorption,Solidworks three-dimensional software was used to design the model of one,two and three jet pumps in parallel;the FloEFD fluid analysis software was used to absorb the fertilizer.Numerical simulation;comprehensive comparison of numerical simulation results shows that the optimal structure of the manure feeder is three parallel jet pumps.In addition,the structure of the manure feeder is optimized by changing the length of the main pipe and the jet pump spacing and analyzing the amount of fertilizer absorbed by each jet pump.After the structure of the manure feeder is optimized,the amount of fertilizer absorbed by each jet pump tends to be the same and the amount of fertilizer absorbed is higher than before optimization.In the prototype test,the difference in the amount of fertilizer absorbed by each jet pump is small.The maximum error of the test data of the fertilizer absorption and the numerical simulation data is within a reasonable range.The long-term operation has good stability and can meet the actual agricultural irrigation.Fertilization requirements.
