| 摘 要： | 文章以农业科研院所基层党组织党务干部队伍建设为研究对象,阐述了加强党务干部队伍建设的重要意义,分析了党务干部队伍建设过程中存在的主要问题,从加强思想引领、选优配强干部、精心组织培训、探索评价激励等方面提出了相应对策,以期加强农业科研院所基层党组织党务干部队伍建设,提升党务工作成效,更好地引领和服务农业科研事业。

| Abstract: | The party cadres in basic party organization of agricultural scientific research institution were selected as the study object.The important significance of strengthening the construction of party cadres was expounded and main problems existed in the team construction analyzed in the paper.Meanwhile,suggestions and strategies were put forward,such as to strengthen the ideological guidance,select and appoint officials,meticulously organize training,and explore evaluation incentive,etc.Overall,it is expected to strengthen the construction of party cadres in basic party organization of agricultural scientific research institution,improve the effectiveness of party work,and better lead and serve the cause of agricultural scientific research. |
