摘    要:为了提高收割机车载系统的智能化水平,将嵌入式系统和智能PID控制技术引入到了车载控制系统的设计上,并以车载自主导航系统的设计为例,设计了底层硬件系统。为了验证系统的可行性,以收割机自主导航为研究对象,对收割机使用智能控制技术前后的避障轨迹进行了测试。测试结果表明:未采用智能控制技术时,收割机自主行走时容易与障碍物发生碰撞,造成作业事故;而使用智能控制技术后,收割机可以成功地躲避障碍物,这对于收割机无人驾驶技术的研究具有重要的意义。

Abstract:In order to improve the intelligent level of harvester on-board system,it introduced the embedded system and intelligent PID control technology into the design of on-board control system.Taking the design of on-board autonomous navigation system as an example,it designed the underlying hardware system.In order to verify the feasibility of the system,taking the harvester autonomous navigation as the research object,it tested the obstacle avoidance trajectory of the harvester before and after using intelligent control technology.The test results showed that the harvester is prone to collision with obstacles when it does not use intelligent control technology,which results in accidents.After using intelligent control technology,the harvester can successfully avoid obstacles,which is of great significance for the research of unmanned driving technology of the harvester.
