摘    要:探索高压脉冲电场对高粱种子萌发特性的影响,优化电场作用参数,在提高杂粮品质及产量方面的应用具有重要意义。为此,采用正交试验设计方法研究了高压脉冲电场的场强、时间和脉冲个数对晋杂D104高粱品种的种子萌发的影响,主要研究了高粱种子萌发期间的发芽势、发芽率、芽长、根长、幼苗鲜重、发芽指数,以及种子活力指数等生理指标的影响。运用综合平衡法对各个生理指标影响情况进行分析,获得高压脉冲电场促进高粱种子萌发的优化工作参数,分析数据并探讨变化机制,选取最佳的优化条件。

Abstract:The study of effect of high pulse electric field on germination characteristics of sorghum is of great importance for improving the quality and yield of sorghum.The orthogonal experiment method was employed to analyze the influence of high pulse electric field parameters(pulse strength,pulse width and pulse number)on germination percentage,germination potential,germination index,bud length,root length,seeding fresh weight,seeding vigor index of Jinza D104 sorghum.The optimum value of every high pulse electric field parameter is acquired according to the comprehensive-equilibration theory,and the influence mechanism was analyzed.
