摘    要:窝眼式棉花精密穴播器因其结构简单、运行稳定等特点在新疆南疆地区广泛使用。为了研究棉花窝眼式穴播器转速对排种性能的影响,对穴播器结构和排种过程进行了分析,基于离散元法建立了包衣棉种的颗粒模型,并运用EDEM软件对穴播器在10、20、30r/min转速下棉种颗粒的运动过程进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:在取种过程中,棉种颗粒的运动速度在进入取种孔时达到最大,相比而言转速为10r/min时取种更容易,同时会造成重播现象。设计了试验装置,进行了相同转速下穴播器的排种性能试验,结果表明:在转速为10r/min时,穴播器排种率和重播率高;在转速为30r/min时,穴播器重播率和排种率低;在转速为20r/min时,穴播器排种率高且重播率低。研究结果可为南疆地区窝眼式棉花穴播器的优化和使用提供参考。

Abstract:Socket cotton dibblers are widely used in South-Xinjiang because of its simple structure and stable operation.In order to study the effect of the rotation speed of the socket cotton dibbler on the seed performance,the structure and seeding process of the dibbler were analyzed.The particle model of coated cotton was established based on the discrete element method,and the movement process of cotton seed particles was simulated at 10rpm,20rpm and 30rpm of dibbler by EDEM software.The simulation results show that,the movement speed of cotton seed reaches the maximum when entering the seed hole.When the rotation speed is 10rpm,it is easier to pick up seeds,and it will cause reseeding phenomenon.Then the experiment device was designed and the seeding performance was tested at the same speed.The test results show that,When the rotating speed was 10rpm,both of the seeding and reseeding rate of the dibbler were high.When the rotating speed is 30 rpm,both of the seeding and reseeding rate of the dibbler were low.Only when the rotating speed is 20 rpm,the seeding rate was high and the reseeding rate was low.The results will provide a reference for the optimization and use of socket cotton dibbler in South-Xinjiang.
