锤片式粉碎机锤片结构参数优化设计

摘    要:以某一型号的锤片式粉碎机锤片为研究对象,对锤片进行有限元分析,利用响应面法和遗传算法结合的方法对锤片进行结构参数优化设计。首先对锤片的结构参数进行灵敏度分析试验,利用Box-Benhnken试验对锤片结构参数进行设计,构建样本点,建立锤片的结构参数和最大变形量的响应面模型,并抽取样本点进行有限元分析验证响应面模型的准确性。以锤片最大变形量最小为优化目标,采用遗传算法进行结构的参数优化得到最优结构参数,结果显示:最大变形量比优化之前减小了39.7%,锤片性能得到了提高。进行试验验证,旨在为现代农业机械机构的参数优化提供参考。

Abstract:Taking a hammer hammer of a certain type of hammer as the research object,the finite element analysis of the hammer is carried out,and the structural parameters of the hammer are optimized by the combination of the response surface method and the genetic algorithm.Firstly,the sensitivity analysis test is carried out on the structural parameters of the hammer.The Box-Benhnken test is used to design the structural parameters of the hammer,construct the sample points,establish the response surface model of the structural parameters and the maximum deformation of the hammer,and extract the sample points for finite element.Analyze and verify the accuracy of the response surface model.Taking the minimum deformation of the hammer as the optimization target,the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the structure to obtain the optimal structural parameters.The results show that the maximum deformation is reduced by 35.2%compared with the optimization,and the performance of the hammer is improved.And verify by experiment,Provide reference for the optimization of the parameters of the organization.
