齿带式残膜回收机脱膜装置的设计与试验

摘    要:针对现有残膜回收机脱膜不干净的问题,研制了一种脱膜装置,主要包含中心辊、带轮和脱膜圆盘。介绍了装置的工作原理,通过理论分析并结合计算确定了脱膜圆盘的主要结构参数。为检验该装置的工作效果,于2019年3月在新疆第一师六团进行田间试验,试验面积累计10.5hm^2,采用三因素三水平试验,用Design-expert软件中Box-behnken模块分析试验结果,优化得出最优组合。结果表明:当机具前进速度为6km/h、脱膜辊转速为120r/min、卸膜辊转速为180r/min时,脱膜率最高为96%,达到了使用要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that removing residual film not clear in the existing residual film collector.A device of film-removing roller has been designed.It is mainly composed of center roller,pulley and disk for separating film from nail teeth.The working principle of the device is introduced.The main structural parameters of the disk were determined by theoretical analysis and calculation.To test the working effect of the device.Field experiment was conducted in February 2019 in the Sixth Regiment of the First Division of Xinjiang,The total test area is 10.5 hectares.Three-factor and three-level test has adopted,and use Design-expert to analyse the test results,and optimize the experiment to get the best combination.The experimental results show that the removing rate can reach 96%when the speed of advance is 6km/h,revolving speed of the roller separating the film from the nail teeth the revoloving speed of the striping roller.The device for removing residual film can meet the use requirements.
