高压共轨式直喷柴油机噪声控制的研究

摘    要:对高压共轨柴油机的噪声进行了试验研究。采用缸压传递函数法对柴油机燃烧噪声和机械噪声进行了分离,试验结果表明,在一定转速下,负荷减小机械噪声减小,而燃烧噪声增大;在负荷一定下,转速增大,燃烧噪声和机械噪声均增大,但机械噪声的增大高于燃烧噪声。低速时和高速小负荷时燃烧噪声是降噪重点,高速、大负荷时机械噪声是降噪重点。同时对影响柴油机噪声和排放的相关参数进行试验研究和分析,并取得了一些有价值结果,对高压共轨柴油机降噪具有一定的指导借鉴作用。

Abstract:The experiment studies on reducing noise of high pressure common rail(HPCR) diesel engine were presented.The combustion noise and mechanical noise of HPCR diesel engine were separated based on cylinder pressure transfer function method.The results indicate that the mechanical noise decrease and the combustion noise increase with load decreasing under the condition of the constant speed of engine;the combustion noise and the mechanical noise both increase with speed increasing under the condition of the constant load of the engine,but the degree of mechanical noise increasing is more than the combustion noise.When the engine runs at the low speed and the high load we should emphasize to decrease the combustion noise;when the engine runs at the high speed and the low load we should emphasize to decrease the mechanical noise.Some parameters of the impacting on the noise and the pollution of the diesel were researched and analyzed.Its results will be the reference to decreasing the noise of the HPCR diesel engine.
