| Abstract: | The paper introduces evidence of informative system,hearing system,and information system through introducing procedure concepts and the theory of administrative procedure,analyzes existent problems in the procedure legislation to land expropriation in China,and initially brings forward some advices to perfect procedure legislation to land expropriation in allusion to its problems. |
