| 摘 要： | 在对城市认知层次结构总结概括的基础上,从城市化主体要素入手提出实体城市化和属性城市化概念,辨析其内涵和对现象解释的优劣势。根据属性城市化的含义,提出类城市地域这一空间类型,列举分析成熟型郊区、过渡型郊区和乡村半城市化地区3种类城市地域的发生发展背景及主要特征。

| Abstract: | In the paper new concepts of entitative urbanization and attributive urbanization were put forward from the perspective of urbanization objects and their connotation and advantage and disadvantage for explaining the transformation of region were discriminated.The new type of space called semi-urban area was discovered according to the result of attribution urbanization.Then the background and main features of three types of semi-urban area: fully-developed suburb,transitional suburb,and peri-urbanized area of rural region,were enumerated and analyzed. |
