摘    要:利用不同剂量的60Co-γ射线对新农1号狗牙根种子与匍匐茎进行处理,结果表明:新农1号狗牙根干种子诱变半致死剂量为308.6 Gy,匍匐茎的诱变半致死剂量为60.7 Gy;146.1 Gy辐射剂量促进新农1号狗牙根干种子萌发,且随着剂量的增加,对种子萌发的抑制作用加强。匍匐茎经辐射处理后,新农1号狗牙根的叶长、节间长度变短,降幅分别为17.60%~32.10%、17.40%~28.60%,叶宽与茎粗变幅分别为-5.40%~12.20%与-7.00%~28.10%。色泽上,辐射能够使叶色变深,且接近半致死剂量辐射狗牙根匍匐茎,可以获得优良的变异。

Abstract:The seeds and stolons of Cynodon dactylon cv.Xinnong No.1 were irradiated with different doses of 60Co-γ radial.The results show that the semilethal doses for seeds and stolons were 308.6 Gy and 60.7 Gy respectively.Irradiation dose of 146.1 Gy could promote seed germination,the restraint on seed germination increased gradually with the increasing of dose.After stolon being irradiated,the length and internode of leaves were shortened to 17.60%-32.10% and 17.40%-28.60% respectively,and the variation range of leaf width and internode were-5.40%-12.20% and-7.00%-28.10% respectively.Meanwhile,the leaf color turned to be darkening.Irradiating the stolon of Cynodon dactylon cv.Xinnong No.1 with a dose close to the semilethal could lead to excellent variation.
