| 摘 要： | 在江西东乡野生稻杂交后代苗期（ 二叶一心） 进行超常规低温（ － １ ～－ ２ ℃）处理，再让其成熟、收割后的禾蔸在自然气候条件下越冬，即给予“双重”的低温处理来加大选择强度。结果表明，采用“双重”低温处理方法经多代选择，可以在江西东乡野生稻杂交后代中筛选到栽培类型的越冬水稻

Effect of Breeding Overwintering Rice by Two Steps of Low Temperature Treatment |

| Abstract: | The seedlings of wild rice from Dongxiang,Jiangxi(“Dongye”) were treated by low temperature of -1～-2℃,after live seedlings maturated and were harvested,the rice stubble was treated by natural low temperature in winter for breeding overwintering rice.The results showed that by above mentioned 2 steps of low temperature treatment and selection in continuous generations,the overwintering rice which was similar to cultivated rice in biological characters could be effectively screened in the progenies of “Dongye”. |
