| 摘 要： | 该研究利用系统论和经济学的分析方法,构建起北京农民素质教育与公共投入耦合关系的基本分析框架。该框架分为2个层面,进行3种耦合关系分析,即宏观经济社会层面的能力耦合分析,农民素质教育与公共投入系统内部的总量耦合和结构耦合分析,揭示了农民素质教育与公共投入这一对耦合关系深层次的内涵。该研究为提高农民素质教育与公共投入系统的耦合度,实现各部分良性循环和高效运转,设计出了一个长效的耦合机制。 |
