二色补血草多糖的提取及抗氧化功能研究

摘    要:为探讨用超声-微波协同提取法提取二色补血草多糖的工艺条件,并确定其抗氧化功能的特性,以水为提取剂,通过正交试验对二色补血草多糖的提取工艺进行了筛选。通过测定羟自由基的清除率确定二色补血草多糖的抗氧化功能,结果认为:料液比1:60、提取温度70℃、提取时间600s为二色补血草多糖的最佳提取工艺,提取量可达46.45mg/g;二色补血草多糖对羟自由基有明显的清除作用,且随着多糖浓度的增加,清除效果增强。与传统热水浸提法相比,超声-微波协同提取法可以大大缩短提取时间,提高提取的效率;二色补血草多糖具有明显的抗氧化功能。

Abstract:It is studied the preparation and the antioxidant capacities of polysaccharides from Limonium bicolor by the ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction method. The orthogonal design with water as solvent was carried out to optimize the extraction process. The antioxidant activities were evaluated by the scavenging rate of the hydroxyl free radical (-OH). The optimum technological conditions for extracting polysaccharides from Limonium bicolor were as follows the ratio of sample towater was 1 : 60, the extraction temperature was 70 ℃, the extraction time was 600 s, and the quantity of the polysaccharides was high to 46.45 mg/g. Also, the polysaccharides from Limonium bicolor had the stronger scavenging capacity with the increase of the concentration. Compared with the traditional extraction method by hot water, the ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction can shorten the extraction time and enhance the extraction efficiency. The polysaccharides of Limonium bicolor had the obvious antioxidative activity.
