摘    要:水稻稻瘟病是世界上广泛发生的水稻真菌性病害之一。本研究利用100个稻瘟病菌株对以C039为背景且带有单个基因和多个基因聚合的近等基因系进行接种分析,结果表明,Pil和Pi2属两个广谱高抗稻瘟病基因,两基因可在我国南方稻区加以合理利用。基因聚合后抗谱增宽、抗性加强,说明基因聚合是培育稻瘟病持久抗性品种的有效方法。

Abstract:Rice blast is one of the most widespread and destructive fungal diseases worldwide. In this study, 100 rice blast monoconidial isolates were used to inoculate a set of CO39 near isogenic lines with either single or pyramiding genes for evaluating the interaction between the different resistant genes and the pathogen. The results showed that Pi1 and Pi2 are wide spectrum genes. Lines with any of these two genes showed resistant to most of the Chinese fungal isolates. Lines with more resistant genes had higher resistant levels and resistant to more isolates. This implies that gene pyramiding can increase the spectrum and the strength of resistance to fungi blast. It can be concluded that gene pyramiding is an effective approach for the improvement of rice varieties with durable resistance to blast.
