| 摘 要： | 分析了影响泵站机电设备维修工作质量的原因，提出了确保维修工作质量的对策：一是要根据各业务单位和部门的工作性质进行劳动体制和用工改革，二是要针对工作实际进行全体员工的素质培训，三是要钻研技术革新，合理利用新设备和新技术。
